Last Saturday (April. 5), the Pestana CR7 Hotel in Marrakech, Morocco, was hit by a fire. According to the hotel group, the necessary measures to ensure the safety of customers and staff were taken immediately. The site did not need to be evacuated.
According to Portuguese newspaper A Bola, the flames at the site were extinguished by emergency teams. No injuries were reported.
According to the Morocco World News website, the incident was recorded as a small fire, which was quickly controlled thanks to the reaction of hotel staff and emergency services, who ensured that the flames were carefully extinguished.
