Bayer Leverkusen has agreed to loan the Czech goalkeeper Matěj Kovář (25) to PSV Eindhoven
Goalkeeper Matej Kovar is moving to PSV Eindhoven on loan. Upon meeting certain conditions, a mandatory purchase obligation will apply for the Dutch champions.
