Maurizio Scanavino is stepping down as Juventus chief executive officer.
Scanavino will leave the post on November 7, with speculation suggesting technical director Damien Comolli to be promoted as his replacement.
Scanavino said today: "Three years ago, I accepted this prestigious role at an extremely critical time for the club, and one that was not without risk for those responsible for leading it. The goal was clear: to embark on a journey based on economic sustainability and sporting competitiveness.
"With the support of the owners, the directors, and talented colleagues, we have faced and overcome numerous challenges with determination, despite the difficulties."
Scanavino then emphasized that Juventus will undoubtedly have a bright future: "Today, more than ever, I look to the future of Juventus with great confidence: I am certain that there will be other important pages to write."
