On June 25, Bayern officially announced that Luis Díaz's goal against Union Berlin was selected as the team's Goal of the Season.

This goal perfectly showcased Luis Díaz's composure and superb technique. Stanišić's pass was slightly too strong, but Luis Díaz reacted quickly, sliding in to hook the ball back just before it went out of bounds.
With exquisite skill, he shook off Union Berlin defender Janik Haberer, then struck a powerful shot from near the byline, sending the ball past Union Berlin goalkeeper Frederik Rønnow into the net.
This breathtaking goal not only left Stanišić elated during the subsequent celebration but also sent Bayern fans into raptures. The strike was named Bayern's Goal of the Season.
