Kevin de Bruyne will undergo surgery on Wednesday 29 October in Antwerp on a serious hamstring injury and the 34-year-old is expected to be sidelined until well into 2026.

Kevin De Bruyne will undergo surgery in Belgium for the fibre rupture he suffered in Saturday's match against Inter Milan.
The Belgian player has made the decision following visits to Naples and Antwerp, where he will undergo surgery tomorrow.
Return in 2026
The playmaker, who was one of Napoli's key players in his first year in Italy, will be out for at least four months. De Bruyne also discussed the necessary operation with Napoli coach Conte and club president De Laurentiis.
