Pierpaolo Marino is convinced Luciano Spalletti will bring success to Juventus.
Spalletti enjoyed victory on his Juve debut as they won in Cremonese on the weekend.
Marino was Spalletti's sporting director at Udinese and said of the new Bianconeri coach: "He involves everyone with workouts of rare depth and quality.
"The players believe in what they do because Luciano knows how to captivate them. Anyone who plays football knows how to recognise new things; his workouts are a spectacle.
"He's a champion who has always evolved and updated," he continued. "But he'll need help in the transfer market because Juve has squad issues, the squad isn't evenly distributed, and there are situations that could become problems, I'm thinking of Vlahovic's contract."
Marino added: "Let's say that with Spalletti, 70% of the points will be resolved; the rest is up to the players. But I have a lot of faith in the Juventus management, and (Giorgio) Chiellini in particular. I expect the right interventions, thanks also to Luciano's directives."
