Chukwueze has undergone surgery in London to repair a ruptured tensor fasciae latae tendon in his left hip.
The operation was performed by Professor Ernest Schilders in the presence of Dr. Stefano Mazzoni, and was a complete success.
Chukwueze will return to Italy today to begin his rehabilitation.
