Bukayo Saka is set to miss up to four weeks of action in another injury blow for Gunners boss Mikel Arteta.

The Arsenal star pulled up during his side's comprehensive 5-0 win over Leeds on Saturday afternoon, with the north London club besieged by injuries just two games into the new season.

According to BBC Sport, Saka will be out for up to four weeks, meaning he will miss this weekend's huge clash with title rivals Liverpool.

The winger was not the only Gunners star to pick up an injury on Saturday, with captain Martin Odegaard suffering a shoulder injury in the first half.

The two fresh injuries follow Kai Havertz's devastating knee injury picked up during the opening day win over Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Mikel Arteta has sought reinforcements, with the club landing Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze, but he is already seriously depleted in his forward line at such an early stage of the season.
