Tim Sherwood says Chelsea vice-captain Enzo has become a player who only cares about himself.

After Chelsea lost 0-3 to Brighton and internal problems continued to be exposed, the former Tottenham manager harshly criticized the Argentine midfielder.
Brighton defeated Chelsea 3-0 at the Amex Stadium. After this game, Chelsea dropped to seventh place, 7 points behind the Champions League qualification zone with only four league games remaining. Enzo was previously banned by the club for two games for publicly expressing his desire to join Real Madrid during the international match in March.
Speaking of the captain, Sherwood said:
"He just wants to show off, this kind of person is not worthy of wearing the captain's armband. He is focused on leaving the team, and he holds his head high and deliberately strikes a pose. If you have the ability, stand up in the game and change the situation with actions, lead your teammates. He is now a person who only plays for himself."
"He may still be complaining to the coaching staff, busy blaming everyone around him. Leaders should not be like this, they must unite teammates and ensure that the team formation is in order. After he comes on the field, he must understand Liam Rosenior's tactical requirements and implement them on the field for the coach."
