Chelsea players gathered in a circle ahead of the match, but they unexpectedly surrounded the match referee Paul Tierney in the center, leaving the official utterly puzzled by the bizarre scene.
Adding to the comical moment, Cole Palmer, Chelsea's star player, kept staring directly at Paul Tierney throughout the huddle. When the referee noticed the intense gaze, he even locked eyes with Palmer in response.
