Zaniolo played an important role at Udinese this season. The player born in 1999 found an environment suitable for his restart with the Bianconeri. He scored 5 goals and provided 6 assists in 32 appearances, and also scored 1 goal in 2 Coppa Italia appearances, helping Costil-Lungaji's team successfully avoid relegation and achieve many highlights, including away victories over Inter and Milan at San Siro, as well as home wins against Roma and Napoli.
Now, Zaniolo is awaiting confirmation of his future. He is still owned by Galatasaray, and Udinese is working to buy him out.
