Several reports in Belgium and Itlakly had suggested that Milan have finally agreed a deal with Club Brugge for the 23-year-old for €33.5m plus €4.5m in add-ons.
According to transfer experts Sacha Tavolieri and Daniele Longo, the two clubs met again this afternoon and appear to have reached a major breakthrough.
