After Kevin de Bruyne's long-term setback, it's now broke that Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa has suffered a major injury while with Cameroon.
The midfielder, outstanding with Napoli this season, has been hit by a hamstring injury which is expected to leave him sidelined for up to THREE MONTHS.
Anguissa's absence will be a heavy blow for coach Antonio Conte, with many regarding the Cameroon international in career best form.
Napoli currently sit in fourth place, two points behind leaders Inter Milan.
