Beşiktaş Football Investments Industry and Trade Inc.'s statement sent to the Public Disclosure Platform is as follows:
"An agreement has been reached with the club and himself regarding the temporary transfer of professional football player El Bilal Touré. According to the agreement, our club has a conditional purchase option."
